Actively participate and excel in the LEAD program to strengthen my understanding of cross-department collaboration and leadership expectations.
Co-lead an ERG to develop skills in team coordination, event planning, and inclusive leadership.
Seek stretch assignments that allow me to practice decision-making, communication, and people management skills in real-world scenarios.
